Recharge Your Body and Mind<\/h3>

You’ve probably heard it before, but it’s worth repeating: adequate sleep is the foundation of a healthy and balanced life. Say NO to sleep deprivation, and make it a priority to get the recommended amount of sleep each night. A well-rested body and mind are more resilient, less stressed, and better equipped to tackle life’s challenges.
